Exchange Policy

After your order that have been placed please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed then shipped. International shipping take 5-10 business day for your order to be processed then shipping.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a STORE CREDIT ONLY !!  You have 3 business days from the mail date received to return merchandise. ALL SALES IN STORE ARE FINAL. Please note that the customer is responsible for ALL shipping cost. If item does not fit an exchange can be done only if item is in new condition.

Returns

Our policy lasts 3 business days. If 3 business days have gone by since you have received purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of items are exempt from being exchanged . Undergarments such as butt lifters.

Shipping

The To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1137 W 127TH ST, CALUMET PARK, IL 60827

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for shipping cost for receiving a new item. Once the item is returned, an invoice will be sent for payment to have the exchange shipped back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please keep in mind depending on available of exchange size, shipping exchange item can take 3-14 business days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

A store credit will ONLY be issued if the merchandise is returned in it’s original condition and unworn.
